HR SUPERVISOR
Requirements :

* Male, S1 degree, preferably from Law faculty.
* Possessing general HR experience in manufacturing environment around 3 – 5 years.
* Competent in Industrial Relations, Employee Communications & General Affairs functions with updating knowledge of labor regulations.
* Capable to run Recruitment & Training activities with working knowledge of HR Management concepts.
* Having good Personnel Administrations works.
* Familiar with Ms Office and capable to communicate in English are a must.
* Team player, communicative, firm but persuasive, pro active, familiar to work by data and numbers.
