Job Scope:
The HSE Officer will manage all aspects of maintenance building, shall be responsible for effective HSE effort, shall ensure that all work comply with HSE requirements of the work, that all work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specification and standards and comply with safe and reasonable HSE standards as accepted within the oil and gas industry. Main Responsibility:
HSE Officer shall have HSE plan development, input into overall work activities and HSE Auditing to verify that the individual specialists are succeeding in implementing HSE Policy and procedures in their area of responsibilities (e.g. STOP, SOC, Health and Hygiene Inspections, Incident Investigations and Lesson Learnt, JSA, Near Miss, etc…). Capable to delivery and encourage others to fulfil the Company HSE target and act as the house keeping checker in all maintenance activities.

General Qualification:

* Experienced 5 (five) years in Oil & Gas Industry
* Minimum S1, prefer in OSH faculty (K3L)
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, superior planning and organizational ability, International experience in HSE Practices, specifically in Indonesia is desirable.
* Familiar with ISM Code + IMCA Standard
* Having knowledge in OHSAS 18001
* Candidate shall have certificate as ” ahliK3L” issued by Depnaker
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Able to work independently as well as a team and High analytical skill
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
