Medical Marketing Manager
Task & Responsibility:
* Supervise and ensure the Nutrition Advisor team work process conducted as plan (such as Brand Bonding Ladder & Sampling, merchandising/branding with POS, detailing aid)
* Supervise and responsible to the Nutrition Advisor team target achievement (such as call target & sales target)
* Monitor & audit the demo team performance.
* Provide the Nutrition Advisor team work result report (daily, weekly, and monthly) to Management for developing institutional marketing strategy
* Increase the number of targeted customer
* Increase targeted customers recommendation to company products
* Develop and conduct programs to support detailing team and company target achievement
* Develop and monitor supporting programs implementation such as promotional event, branding, etc to ensure the target achievement
* Conduct training and presentation to sales team and targeted customer
Qualification Required :
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Nutrition
* Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Marketing
* Have good understanding of product knowledge and detailing aid
* Have good understanding in scientific journal about food nutrition
* Have good command in English (oral and written)
* Have good communication skill and innovative
* Able to work with computer
Production Shift Supervisor
Task & Responsibility:
* Making plan for production work process by weekly, monthly based on the target set up by Production Manager, PPIC
* Coordinating production work process to ensure production target as planned
* Calculating & controlling RM, PM, FG, machine, and man power according to the standard
* Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
* Implementing the safety system (K3)
* Making report of working result and evaluate production result daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
* Analyze problem & setup process improvement
* Routine coordination with other working unit
Qualification Required :
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Chemical
* Fresh graduate are welcomed
* Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
* Good analytical thinking and problem solving
* Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Willing to be located in Cibitung
Technic Supervisor
Task & Responsibility:
* Setup system and controlling preventive maintenance program as scheduled
* Setup system and controlling project implementation
* Setup system and controlling water waste treatment plant (WWTP)
* Setup system and controlling machines repair and spare parts production
* Setup system and controlling electrical instruments as standard
* Making report of working result
* Routine coordination with Technic Spv, Production Unit, QC, Purchasing, PPIC, and HRD
* To ensure the implementation of safety system (K3)
* Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
Qualification Required :
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Two years working experience as Supervisor
* Good leadership and interpersonal skill
* Good analytical thinking and problem solving
* Fast and accurate decision making
* Able to communicate effectively
* Good understanding in mechanical and electrical system
* Good understanding in preventive maintenance system
* Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Willing to be located in Cibitung
Export Staff
Task & Responsibility :
* Will be in charge in Shipping and data entry & administration documents
* To be responsible for coordinating with shipping line / forwarder and EMKL
* Monitoring schedule stuffing and delivery
* Input data shipment to SAP system & data entry report
* Ensure that all correspondence related to logistics activities are file properly and kept in safe location
Qualification Required :
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in any majoring
* Possess minimum two years experience in export process
* Experienced in manufacturing environment would be advantage
* Understand shipping procedure for exports, create report, & additional experienced in project or analysis data
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to work as a team or independently
* Computer literate
* Willing to be placed in Cibitung
