LEGAL MANAGER
Requirements & Qualifications:

* Male or Female, minimum 30 years old
* Minimum S-1 graduated in Law from reputable university, overseas graduate is an advantage
* At least have 8 years working experience
* A minimum of 2 years experience with a reputable property developer
* Having experiences in property developer or construction company is a must
* Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory compliance of the company
* Able to review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters
* Able to review and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
* Ability to read and communicate in English is a must
* Honest, good interpersonal skills, team work and strong leadership
