LINE LEADER – CONTRACT
To supervise & control production operators in executing assembly process in refer production planning, ensure the safe & health conditions are met in the workplace and distribute work loading among his team.

Requirement :

* Male, age 35 years old
* Graduate D3/S1 in Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Line Leader or Supervisor production
* Have a strong leadership skill and able to lead more than 100 people
* Good communication skill.
* Highly responsibility and discipline
* Able to work as team or independently.
* Able to solve problems and decision maker according to duty.
* Understand to work productivity, Management System ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 and 5 S
* Proficiency in English, verbal and written
* Computer literate (Ms. Office, MS-Project & AutoCad)
