HR Assistant
Job Purpose
To provide support to HR manager in executing various areas of HR activities such as Recruitment and Selection, Organization and People Development, Performance Management System, HR General Administration etc,.

Job Requirement:

* S1 in Psychology or Law or other major with preferably 1-2 year of experience in Human Resources Area.
* An exposure in Industrial Relationship area will be considered as distinct advantage.
* Male / Female, age 23-28 years.
* Conversant in English communication skill in both written and spoken
* Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
* High analytical thinking, sound leadership ability and presentation skills
* Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel (Advanced) most preferably, Outlook, Power Point and Internet Browsing will be an added advantage
* Sound ability to organize and coordinate events, training programs, workshops and others.
* Excellent administration skills
* Willing to work in an under pressure condition and very tight deadline

Data Processing Assistant/Executive (DPA/DPE)
Major Responsibilities:

* Create the data entry program (specification) based on a project questionnaires and produce table based on analysis plan
* Create data entry program/script translated from paper-based questionnaires.
* Clean data to ensure its integrity and accuracy
* Generate data tabulation as per internal client request.
* Doing basic statistic data analysis

Requirements:

* Holds minimum Diploma (D-3) from well recognized University, majoring Statistics and Information Technology (IT), more preferably has skills or experience on analyst programming, DataBase concept, Macro programming, Office/VBA Programming. System Analyst and Software or Business related subjects, with 1 year experience in a Market Research agency or Research Projects would be preferable. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Some basic web developing/programming experience would be preferable
* Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
* Computer literate, especially in projects related applications.
* Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
* High analytical thinking, logic oriented, service oriented, and sound presentation skills
* Set-heart on computation and statistical analysis, familiar with Microsoft Windows and MS Office especially Excel.

Research Executive / Senior Research Executive
Major Responsibilities:
Work with team leader to manage total research needs of set of clients by initiating researches based on client objectives and supervising their implementation.

Requirements:

* Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University, majoring Mathematics/Statistics, Science, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, or Business related subjects. With 1 – 2 years experience in a Market Research agency or Research Projects.
* However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
* Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications, advanced Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint would be an added value.
* Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
* High analytical thinking and sound presentation skills
* Has passion in doing research
