Project Manager, Account Manager, Java Developer, System Administrator - PT Sigma Cipta Caraka

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

* To manage project execution of Sigma Solution Implementation (including Application system, DRS & IT Outsourcing implementation projects), comprising of following activities:

* Developing sound project plan, including activity plan, quality plan and costing plan

* Managing and monitoring project team members, including internal team members, client team members & other project stakeholders

* Controlling project execution to ensure it meets expected timeframe, budgeted cost consumption & quality plan conformance

* Assisting sales team in opportunity engagement

* Project scope and risk management

Requirements:

* Experienced as Project manager for system implementation projects, involving multiple platform system. Banking industry related experiences is advantage

* Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills are a must

* Project Management Certified (such as PMP) is an advantage

* Possess good knowledge of System Implementation Methodology

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

* The job holder will be responsible for acquiring new business initiatives as well as maintaining the relationship from corporate customers and partners to achieve business objectives such as :

* Managing customer needs, provide consulting services for proposed solution * Develop proposal

* Create new opportunity at the client

* Internally, he/she will be required to coordinate with the implementation team to achieve the success of the project.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience with successful track record on selling IT products/software.

* Have a good banking business process knowledge.

* Prefer have a good knowledge in IT.

* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills are a must.

* English proficiency (oral and written) is a must.

* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

* 2 Full-Time positions available.

Java Developer

Responsibilities:

* Develop application or function.

* Perform Code Review

* Perform Unit Test Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Required skills : Java SE, EE or ME and Jasper Report

* Possess good knowledge of Oracle Database, DB2, MtSQL, and Post Gre

* Possess good knowledge of Oracle, web logic, Tomcat and web logic appserver * Have knowledge of JMS, Socket Programming, Tapestry, Hibernate and Struts will be an advatage

* 6 Full-Time positions available.

System Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.

* Maintenance internal application, database, and server such as, backup, evaluate and analysis log,and troubleshooting

* Create custom report to provide organization needs-

* Perform administration database, application, and server

* Evaluate, test, deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure

* Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans

* Manage & troubleshoot application related networks connectivity throughout the organization

* Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures of application server Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s from Information Technology or equivalent.

* Deep knowledge in operating systems administration, Windows Server 2000/2003

* Deep knowledge in database administration, SQL Server 2003/2005

* Deep knowledge in application server administration

* Basic knowledge in networking and security

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience as system administrator in Windows based system

* Full-Time positions available.
