ACCOUNT LEADER
Scope of Work :

* He/She has a role as company’s representative in operation side and attend regular/incidental meeting with customer.
* Coordinate project implementation.
* Responsible to achieve SLA’s target and customer’s KPI.
* Set up and control preventive maintenance schedule .
* Manage and update all SW application, firmware, etc.
* Responsible to solve the problem, evaluate the result of corrective action and maintain good communication with customer.
* Preparing customer’s service report and scheduling customer’s training.

Qualification :

* Have a bachelor degree with electrical engineering or related backgrounds.
* Have a good communication, time management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Have strong analytical and problem solving skillls with strong interest in detail.
* Dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work under pressure.
* Able to work independent and as part of a team.
* Hard worker, self starter and self learner.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Computer literate.
* Willing to travel.
* At least 5 years experiences.
