CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Code : CDM – RTD)
Responsible to building & maintaining channel capability strategies, Prepare channel partner agreements/contracts, Evaluate business potential from the branches of the channel partner, Facilitate & assist in launching new products & implementing the sales plan, Prepare periodic sales reports, etc.
Qualifications :
* Male, max. 35 years old
* Min. S1 degree in any discipline
* Min. 5 years experience in consumer goods company
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* Creative, innovative, flexible, and initiative
* Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Good active verbal & written communication skills in English
* Strong leadership and management skill
BRAND EXECUTIVE (Code : BE – OTC)
The general responsibilities are brand development, executing communication strategies, market segmentation, conducting consumer event, promotion, planner, and brand launching, managing profit and loss, and market share and profit objectives.
Qualifications :
* Male/Female, max. 27 years old
* Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Marketing
* Min. 1 year experience in consumer goods or pharmaceutical company
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* Creative and innovative
* Good active verbal & written communication skills in English
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team structure
* A high level of integrity and trust
BRAND MANAGER (Code : BM – OTC)
